We currently have a great opportunity available for a Lead Technician.
The Lead Technician position is a developmental position and will have responsibility for providing front line guidance for all activities performed in the ISC. The lead technician will support instrument repair, PocHi TAC, instrument calibrations, campus support and parts support utilizing ISO processes.

The lead will be assisting with ISC core responsibilities while driving to exceed ISC goals with final approval by the Resource Center Manager. This career opportunity will have a lead role on key projects and initiatives while maintaining daily activities and hands on work with all products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and demonstrated initiative, team credibility and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day activities such as the PocHi instrument repair cycle, campus support and shipping/receiving.
• Establish and maintain full and complete documentation of all processes applicable to the operation of the ISC, and insure such procedures are in full compliance with the general policies governing Sysmex America Inc.'s Quality management System and with the framework established by ISO 9001:2000.
• Prior to any shipments calibrate and verify operation of instruments. Perform full calibration and sensitivity adjustments following strict manufacturer Certificate of Calibration procedures.
• Provide quality assurance checks of all submitted technical documentation to include certificate of calibration, checklists, software, IT settings and other configurations.
• Provide reports on activity in each core area of responsibility.
• Supervise the receiving and processing of return service parts that pass through the Sysmex ISC.
• Coordinate campus support related activities, such as PM scheduling and unscheduled service calls, with internal Sysmex departments.
• Assist with training and coaching of new depot technicians
• Document all customer interactions, repair and calibration work using the approved CRM system. Monitor and report routinely as defined by manager.

Qualifications
• Associates or Trade School degree, field experience preferred, Introductory management courses or seminars.
