The enrichment seminar will concentrate on topics that create a foundation for learning: (a) class preparation (including explicit and implicit assignment directions) (b) study habits and (c) writing supports (Resources for writing, grammar and APA or MLA). Jan Paron will emphasize study strategies that support comprehension. She structured the workshop in an engaged learning format, with students participating in activities that they can use for study purposes.
