Title V Cooperative Grant / Latino Center for Excellence is totally funded through a Title V Collaborative Grant from the U.S. Department of Education in partnership with Morton College in Cicero, Illinois. The mission of the Title V Cooperative Grant/Latino Center for Excellence is to increase Latino student retention, to raise graduation rates, and to foster an institutional climate of academic success at Governors State University. http://www.govst.edu/latinocenter
